About visting Saputara during monsoons, i would say if you wish to enjoy such beautiful and misty climate then do visit. But if possible avoid visiting Saputara on weekends, as its tooooooo crowded. Instead visit on weekdays when Saputara is enjoyably empty and you get to explore more.
ReplyDeleteBut if you plan to enjoy the trolley car, then monsoon is not the right time as the cable cars are closed during monsoons because of the rain.
