Arte Cottage is a MTDC approved accommodation made available to visitors in Kihim. Arte Cottage falls under the bed and breakfast scheme approved by MTDC. The entire cottage can be rented by anyone for as many days as they like. One can savour on authentic coastal food cooked by the cooks available at the cottage. This cottage serves as an excellent accommodation option with its well furnished rooms and modern amenities provided.
Accommodation facilities at Arte Cottage:
The cottage can be either rented entirely for family bookings(comprising of 20 people) or one can simply rent out the rooms made available which comprise of Air conditioned Super Deluxe rooms, A/c deluxe rooms and Non a/c deluxe rooms.
Tariff:
Tariff is made available on request depending upon the season. Mostly packages are worked out which comprise of accommodation as well as meal packages. Discounts are also made available. Meal packages include authentic Konkani meal which can either be vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
